[藥訊]HPV疫苗破除迷思謠言大解惑！！！(人類乳突病毒疫苗)－Miss MiMi

最近網路有掀起鼓吹人不要打HPV疫苗謠言～

原因是出於日本有出現副作用的案例（？）（這是一些倡導的人說的）

本人寫這篇文做了一些research 看了些醫療database 的case report

有興趣的人可以看看我最後的citation 那篇研究的原文

目前我找到一些網路文章

恕我評論但這網站看起來是有點shady

在美國CDC 還是認可這是一個相對安全的疫苗

以下是最近我回到手軟的一些問題：

1.我怕我有副作用耶？

沒有任何的藥.維他命,疫苗是沒有副作用的！

當然副作用有有分有危及生命危險或輕微副作用

就跟你吃藥一樣會有副作用

當然發生的機率隨個人體質不固定

但是HPV疫苗發生副作用的機率是好幾萬分之一

不需要恐慌

2. HPV 是“建議”施打不是一定要施打

在CDC 網站上有寫

"These shaded boxes indicate the vaccine is recommended for children with certain health or lifestyle conditions that put them at an increased risk for serious diseases."

3. HPV 台灣叫子宮頸癌疫苗

但是其實他建議施打的對象是“男女 26歲以下”

WHY? 不是只有女生嗎？

NO~NO~NO

“Human papillomavirus is a common virus. HPV is most common in people in their teens and early 20s. It is the major cause of cervical cancer (子宮頸癌) in women and genital warts (菜花) in women and men. The strains of HPV that cause cervical cancer and genital warts are spread during sex.”- CDC

另可預防肛門癌、陰道癌、外陰腫瘤，以及口咽癌

3.建議施打的年齡是9歲以上,我的孩子這麼小,怎麼可能有性行為,為何這麼小就要打？

A: (1) 這個疫苗效用於“尚未有性行為”的族群是最能有效預防的,當然如果有了性行為只是會降低疫苗的效果,不是說就完全不能打

（2）千萬不要低估現在性行為發生的年齡, 各位家長, 在美國性行為發生的年齡層低於你想像（我還看過15歲來買prenatal vitamin...)

（3）打疫苗是“預防” 並不是治療

4. 最新建議施打的劑量

9-14 歲打“兩劑"HPV-GARDASIL 9 ",兩劑須間隔6個月

其他14-26歲需打三劑

5.HPV 疫苗又分三種：

Gardasil 9: FDA approved Gardasil 9 for use in 2014. The safety of Gardasil 9 was studied in clinical trials with more than 15,000 participants before it was licensed and continues to be monitored. Gardasil 9 protects against HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, and 58. (newest) 可以預防最多類的HPV
Gardasil: FDA approved Gardasil for use in 2006. The safety of Gardasil was studied in clinical trials with more than 29,000 participants before it was licensed and continues to be monitored. Gardasil protects against HPV types 6, 11, 16, and 18.
Cervarix: FDA approved Cervarix for use in 2009. The safety of Cervarix was studied in clinical trials with more than 30,000 participants before it was licensed and continues to be monitored. Cervarix protects women and girls against HPV types 16 and 18

個人意見：

我會建議26歲以下的各位大家都要打

我本人在10 年前 Gardasil 一上市時就打了

（雖然這疫苗不管在美國還是在台灣都有點貴

在台灣的價格是真的比美國便宜兩倍健保無給付）

疫苗的發明都有它的原因

就目前為止,HPV疫苗是唯一可以預防some sort of 癌症的疫苗

就算你只有單一性伴侶也不一定代表不會得子宮頸癌

而當然打了這疫苗也不代表你完全沒機率會得

關於副作用, 我也不能保證你打了不會出現

但是副作用出現的機率真的很低

最後做決定當然在於你手中
